My story differs however in the fact that upon receiving the tent I found it to be substantially damaged (likely the work of U.S. Customs). The tent bag was slashed in several locations and all the way through also cutting the tent floor. I was pleasantly surprised that the level of customer service I received was on par with the quality of the tent. Angelika kept in touch and arranged for the return of the damaged tent and sent a brand new one in a very short amount of time, thus minimizing my inconvenience.
